U.S.D.A. Heirs Property Relending Program: How to Legally Update and Correct Titles to Heirs' Land

A student of mine recently had this to say about the intentional design of my legal strategy:

I designed a proprietary strategy that legally updates and corrects the title to real property; it answers what documentation is required or needs to be pre-filed. It offensively sets up the heir's claim FIRST and avoids the common snafus, such as the common threat of dismissal. It mitigates prejudicial hostility toward individual Indian land claims and generally #landback claims while simplifying the process to a practical, reproducible method. Individuals can implement my method pro se in those situations where a person can self-study but needs some coaching. I designed this strategy to address (redress and remedy) the theft of my Chickasaw Grandmother's 40-acre restricted Indian homestead in 1930.
